This has been a game changer for me to stay hydrated especially in the summer during all the outdoor workouts that I do. You can lose 3-5g of salt in a workout. LMNT helps you stay hydrated without all the junk in other electrolyte and sport drinks. Citrus and Raspberry are my favorite flavors.
This is one of the few supplements that I suggest for clients to take to assist with their workouts. I can’t stress this enough though that Supplements DO NOT replace real food. They are literally just supplemental to what you eat. Peach Tea is my favorite flavor on this one.
This is one of the two books I most recommend for people. We dive into mindset with your workouts. If you’re someone who has a hard time saying no or being able to make time for yourself because you’re always doing things for others, I really can recommend this enough. The best way to care for others is to make sure you are taken care of first and are healthy to be able to care for others.
This is the other book I recommend a whole lot. It goes right along with the Boundaries book. Learning to say No to others can be challenging and you can sometimes feel selfish doing it. This book has helped reshape how I approach conversations. It has really made a difference in my relationships and in the long term has minimized conflicts.
