I became a personal trainer and nutrition coach because I always wanted a career in which I was able to help others and partner with them to live their healthiest lives. One thing that I’ve come to find is that no one starts in the same place and everyones fitness journey will look different. Wherever you’re beginning from is perfect, our goal is to move you from that starting line toward the finish line you desire to achieve. I offer both Studio and Online Training to meet your fitness program needs. I’ve had to privilege to work with clients that range from post-therapy and surgery, injuries, weight-loss clients and athletes. My clients range from high school athletes to 75 year olds grandparents.
Every program I offer has a very high level of accountability to teach proper nutrition, lifting form and balance. I understand that life is going to happen and things needed to be adjusted but that shouldn’t limit or keep you from achieving your goals. When you begin a workout program typically people think it’s all about what you eat and how you workout. So few programs ever focus on where your mindset is in relationship to those things before you jump into it. For change to happen and to stick long term we dive into what has gotten you to this point where you are ready to change. If your WHY isn’t clean then modifying behavior that last will be a lot harder.
We first address your mindset along with your goal in your free consultation and it doesn’t stop there, it just begins the journey. As life comes along new stresses, goals, and priorities will shape what you need from your program. Understanding that allows us to modify and adjust as you continue on your journey. Now no fitness program will work well without nutrition so we educate all clients on macronutrients, vitamins, and supplements that will build their health to a higher level. The first two parts of our approach literally fuel and determine the appropriate exercise and fitness your body needs to reach your goals.
